March Favourites.

There's been quite a few things that I've newly discovered this month and wanted to share them
with you because I absolutely love them!

Soap & Glory Bubble Bath
This is one I've spoken about in a previous post. I had never actually tried anything from Soap & Glory before so I picked up this bubble bath because I absolutely love baths! And I'm just pretty happy that I picked this one up because it smelt amazing and definitely made the bath very relaxing! I would love to try some other products from Soap & Glory so if you have any recommendations please let me know and I'll go and try them out.

Baby Lip Balms
These are things I'm starting to sort of collect now, I just think they're super cute and really handy to carry around with you every day. So easy to apply and so useful to have if you sometimes get dry lips like I do, and they'r perfect for things like work because they don't bring too much colour to your lips but they bring a nice shine and makes your lips feel nice and moisturised and soft!

Rimmel Match Foundation
This is a product that I have been using for quite a long time now, definitely my favourite foundation that I've tried! Becuase I have pale skin it can be quite hard to find colours that match my skin colour. So if you have pale skin like myself I really recommend '101 classic Ivory' for you.

Benefit Eyebrow filler
This is a new discovered product for me, and again a first purchase of mine from 'Benefit'. I was just looking around the Benefit stand when one of the assistants who worked with Benefit started chatting to me about this eye brow product and she was actually really helpful even though I wasn't looking to buy anything she recommended this to me and I thought why not give it a go? My sister has also used this product before so I was familiar with it. It's a small product but she told me that it lasted her about 8 months even when she used it every day! It shapes your eye brows really well and defintely something I recommend. It is a little pricer to what I usually spend on make up Items but for me I'd say it was worth it.

Lasting Collection Concealer
This is also something that I have been using for a long time now, I'd say it's one of my top favourite all time make up products. I often get really bad dark circles under my eyes and this consealer is like my best friend. It just makes you look more awake and lasts a long time. I go through quite a lot of these.

Kate Lip colour
This is just something that caught my eye when I was out shopping one time and I tend to go for the 'nude' colours on my lips just because that's something I feel comfortable with and that I love.

I am so in love with this bag I recently purchased from H&M. There was a bright yellow version of this bag which I'd like to go back and see if they still have because it was such a pretty colour. Though I thought White would go more with what I wear, and I think It's perfect for spring/summer. I believe this was around £5.99 so a pretty good bargain if you ask me, especially for H&M!

Music
I've been loving so many artists this month! So many new albums have come out and I can't stop listening to them, but here's my top three that has recently been released.

Kelly Clarkson

I've always loved Kelly Clarkson and I think this album has to be my favourite that she's ever done. Just go listen to it! :)

The Veronica's

I was really happy when I heard they were bringing out a new album because I've always loved their music, it's always really catchy!

James Bay

So In love with him and his music so talented! I've only recently discovered his music but so glad that I did because I can't actually stop playing his new album.

What have been your favourites recently?

Rainy Days...

Lets face it not every day in England is a 'bright and sunny' day in fact most of those days are just filled with cloud or rain. Of course that doesn't stop me from going outside and adventuring out but sometimes when it's raining you just don't feel like going out side and getting wet am I right?
You can be productive while your being in doors as well as being out doors, so here's a few Idea's if you ever start to get bored when your stuck inside.

Sometimes if it's raining I just absolutely love to do nothing but lounge around. I'll wear my comfiest clothes or even my pj's. I'll catch up on some Netflix or social media things and listen to music. Sometimes that's actually one of my favourite things to do, sometimes it's just nice not doing anything and having those 'lazy days'.

One of my favourite pairs of comfy socks!

Girlie fun!
It's always really important I think to have those 'girlie/me' days where you can pamper yourself and just relax! Paint your nails, have a bath, do some yoga if that's in your interest! Take some time out for yourself, perfect for a rainy day in!

(Yep I have small nails, haha!)

I know, I know tidying your room isn't the funnest of things to do (for most people) but you can use the 'stuck in doors' excuse to sort through your draws and tidy your room (Gosh I feel like my mum when I say that, haha) but I personally love sorting my draws and cupboards out, it's something I do every few months and I always seem to find things that I forget I had!

If your in school or college use this time to study! I'm sure you'll come up with loads of excuses when the weather is good and you fall behind on study but seeing as your going to be stuck inside for the rest of the day you may as well do that little bit of dreaded homework.

One of my favourite things to do is to literally sit on the sofa all day long and watch a bunch of movies or a series of something, yes that sounds lazy but like I said before sometimes it's the best way to just chill out!

Baking is also a great way to spend your day indoors, even if your not the greatest baker there's plenty of easy/simple recipes that you can practice!

I'm sure you'll think of something to do when your stuck in side but just in case you run out these are just some of the things that I do.

22 Things I've Learnt In 22 Years ...

Having lived on this earth for 22 years there have been many things that I've learned. I know each of us learn side rent things but we also learn a lot of the same lessons and I wanted to share with you 22 main things that I've learnt in the 22 years I've been living.

1. If your the kind of person that I am who always seems to find a way to embarrass themselves or has plenty of awkward situations I've recently learnt that the best way to deal with that is to laugh it off instead of beating yourself up about it.

2. Not everyone will like you,
You can't make everyone like you, so just be yourself and accept that your not going to get along with every body.

3. Be yourself don't pretended to be someone else to please other people, be real and don't  change anything about yourself unless it's for you!

4. Change can be a good thing
Sometimes change can also be a scary thing but it's also a good way to experience and learn new things.

5. Life goes too quick!
Take each day as it comes, at the end of the day life is too short appreciate each day you have and make the most of what you've got. The scary thing with life is that it can be taken away within an instant, you only live once!
I've noticed that from the age of 16-22 those years have flown by, I would absolutely love to be those ages again it's something we take for granted and when your my age I think you'll realise how each year goes by quicker and quicker.

6. There will be people who care and there won't be people who care.
There's a thin line between people caring and then people just being nosy make sure you know who actually cares.

7. Nature is a beautiful thing
Although some of what goes on in this earth isn't pretty I think we forget sometimes how amazing this world actually is and the beauty of nature

8. It's so easy to get overly stressed but try not to over think and panic about things that aren't worth worrying about. And If they are worth worrying about take one out for yourself and try to think positively about what's going on.

9. There will be days when you might feel  down or that nothing's going right but it's so important not to give up, keep going and don't ever lose that little bit of hope that things will get better, they will! Every body has their high and low days.

10. This world is a pretty big place, explore it as much as you can

11. I've learnt that you'll go through phases of having those 'fake friendships' I think that's just something that we all go through as long as you know who your true friends are

12. Sometimes your best May never be good enough for some people but as long as you know your trying your best then that's all that matters

13. Don't let people walk all over you, stand up for yourself and for what you believe in.

14. They'll be a lot of moments in life when you'll feel pressured to do something but if that's something you don't want to do stick to that and don't do it just because every body else is doing it.

15. Believing in myself is something that I've always honestly struggled with but I think that's the main way of succeeding in life. Sometimes it's hard when you have other people doubting you but try to put yourself in new frame of mind, follow your own path and believe that you can do whatever you want to do.

16. As you get older you'll start to care less and less of what people think of you, you'll be your own person, you'll make your own decisions and you learn that it really doesn't matter if you don't fit in the crowd and in a way it's even 'cooler' if you have your own style or that you are different.

17. Life isn't easy!

18. Don't rely on other things or other people to make you happy, you deserve to always be happy so be happy when you wan to be.

19. It's okay not to be okay, sometimes it's best to just let every thing out, anything that you've been bottling up inside you just let it out or have a cry over it, there's no shame in doing that.

20. Family and friends are the most important people that will ever be in your life.

21. Life is too short not to follow your dreams, sometimes you'll have to start at the bottom to get to the top but keep going and never quit even if you fail a few times just keep pushing yourself.

22. Never give up.

Motivational Tuesday

This Is something that I always seem to be reminding myself and is a quote that I definitely need to keep reminding myself with. I don't know about you but if I am completely honest I get way too caught up in what other people think of me, it's controlled my life in ways that it shouldn't. I'm not the most confident person and I've always seemed to let other people thoughts of myself effect me.
But at the end of the day all that matters is what you think of yourself, you've got to try and find that confidence within yourself. It shouldn't matter what other people think of you, you shouldn't have to go out of your way to try and please people. They'll always be people in life that might not like you or like the way you do things but that shouldn't stop you from being yourself or for doing what you love.
I know that I will continue to remind myself this because it's so important how you see yourself.

Delicious Easter Treats

With Easter just around the corner one of my favourite things about this time of year is baking tasty Easter treats! The typical Rice Crispy cakes go down a treat with every body and it's one of the quikest and simplest recipes out there. Having found this recipe on line I decided to try it out and it has become my favourite Rice cripsy recipes, not that there's a lot of different ways you can make them but there are a few different ones out there.

You Will Need

25g Butter
2 tbsp Golden Syrup
2 tbsp Caster sugar
100g Rice Kripies

Pour your Rice Krispies into a bowl and leave on the side ready for when you need it. Melt your butter, sugar and golden syrup until it starts to bubble then take the saucepan and pour the mixture into your rice krispies.

Mix the mixture and the rice krispies together (at this point it smells amazing)
Place some muffin cases into a cake tray and put in the rice crispy mix.
Take your mini eggs and place them onto your cakes (or of course you can decorate it however you like)

and that's that! You'll be left with some very delicious rice crispy cakes, enjoy!

My Recent Favourite Skin Care Products

Hey all!
There has been a few skin care products which I have been loving lately from perfumes to body scrubs to bath products so thought I would take this opportunity to share them with you.

This 'Dove' deodorant is something I have been using for quite a few years now actually and I've been buying the same scent over and over again 'Pomegranate' I just think it's a really refreshing smell and has a nice and sweet fruity scent to it.
I purchased this perfume some time last year and has lasted me really well, It's not something I use every day but I do use it a lot!

Soap & Glory bubble bath
Soap and Glory is something that I've always known of but It's only recently that I've been experiementing different products from it. I absolutely love their packaging on anything they do, I love the bright colours and the 'fun' that they put into it. This is something I purchased a few weeks ago and absolutely loved it, it smells amazing and have used it with every bath I've taken, defintely something that I will be buying again!

Lush 'Fair trade foot lotion'
My job includes me standing with my shifts and quite a lot of the time that includes me standing and walking on my feet for 8-9 hours at the most which then can sometimes put real pressure on my feet and leaves them feeling pretty achy, tired and painful. While being on one of my lush shopping sprees I found this foot lotion which had some good reviews about it so decided to try it out myself. There's honestly nothing I can fault about it, it definitely leaves my feet feeling super fresh and smooth and it feels so relaxing rubbing it on my feet at the end of a long day!

Soap And Glory Body Scrub
This is something I got as a gift one time and this is what actually made me want to try more Soap & Glory products. I've finished the scrub now because it's small but I left my skin feeling really smooth and clean especially with the sea salt in it.

Visibly Clear Pink Grapefruit Daily Scrub
Lately my skin hasn't been at it's best, it's not terrible but it's not great! This wasn't a particular one that I tried before but one I've heard a few people talk about it

Make up Storage

I don't know about you but sometimes I don't have enough patience to rummage around the many make up Items that I have in my make up bag, sometimes I feel like the bag is a lucky dip and whatever comes out comes out. I recently got this make little make up storage as a gift for my birthday and so decided to put the products that I am most likely to use in it (Minus my foundation and concealer because they simply don't fit) I guess that's the only down side to this storage because it's pretty small, but it's cute and perfect for putting your absolute essentials in it.
Because it's now spring time I've put all the make up that I know I will get the most use out of during this season inside.

I'm pretty useless when it comes to remembering names of some products, the names are on the bottom of the Items but it's seemed to have rubbed off and is no longer readable. But these are all from Boots and quite recent purchases so It shouldn't be too hard to recognise if your inerested in buying any.

I really love these 'lasting finish Colour rush pencils, the first one I ever purchased was the one on the right (as you can probably tell!) But it's a really pretty natural colour which is exactly what I usually go for.
The one on the left which is a much more brighter colour isn't something that I often pick up to buy, I always love the bright colours but honestly just have never been brave enough to wear them because I personally don't think I can pull them off. But I thought I would give it a go and although I don't think it's something I would wear all the time It's perfect for summer and it is definitely a really pretty colour!

You may know about my love for 'Barry M' and 'Essie' Nail varnishes. I absoultey adore these colours and think they're perect for spring/summer.

I've been collecting these cute baby lip balms lately, just love them! They are great for if you annoyingly get dry lips like myself sometimes, but they're also just great to keep in your hand bag all day.

I'm hoping to eventually get something bigger than this that'll help me be a bit more organised with my make up but for now It's useful! And it goes so well with the rest of the things I keep on top of my draws.

Lovely Lush!

As you know I recently went shopping, I was going to include this in my last haul post but didn't want to make that post too long and thought because 'lush' sells such lovely products I thought it deserved to have it's own post :)

Immaculate Eggception Yellow Bath Bomb

Seeing as Easter is on it's way I absolutely love all the celebration theme products that lush sell. I noticed this egg which I thought was really cute! Place it in a bath like a regular bath bomb and it will turn your water yellow and eventually break into pieces.

Granny Takes A Dip - Bath Bomb

I have actually used this one before and it has become one of my favourite products from lush, each one is different and leaves different patterns in your bath. I love watching it turn your water into different bright colours like a rainbow.

Lonely heart - Bath Melt

This one was the first one that stood out to me and it also smells amazing even though it doesn't have the strongest scent. I thought it would end up leaving my bath full of glitter which It didn't but it wasn't a disappointment at all. At first it turned the water into sort of a soft pinky/red colour and eventually turned my bath into a beautiful bright red neon colour.

Secret Garden Green Bath Bomb

The colours really appealed to me on this bath bomb, a green bath might not seem appealing to some people but it was different and cute and hey I liked it!

And that's it! It wasn't much of a 'shopping spree' in lush but I loved the things that I came home with. Do you have any favourite products from lush? Is there any you would recommend that I could try? :)

I went shopping!

Hey all! Hows it going?
I recently did a bit of shopping and came back with a few things so of course it's a perfect excuse to do a haul post. It wasn't a huge shopping trip I only ended up purchasing a few things from Boots and H&M but haven't done a haul in a little while!

I cannot go shopping and not go into H&M It is my all time favourite shop and they always do things that I love in there. Anyhow I only came back buying two Items in there one of reasons which is because I'm trying not to spend a lot at the moment and another is that they are actually re doing the shop, normally It's a pretty great H&M and sell a lot of things but It's only on one floor at the moment and have cut down selling a lot.
The first thing which caught my eye was this light pink jersey top with birds on, I usually go for simple/plain things and rarely pick Items with patterns on but recently I've been loving things with patterns and I really liked this and it was only £7.99 which is a pretty good bargin I think!

You can find the Jersey top here, http://www.hm.com/gb/product/87540?article=87540-D

I then noticed this cute body bag in the accessories section and absolutely love it! I was deciding between a yellow one or this white one, I thought the white one would pretty much go with anything. Although I think I may go back and get the yellow one because it was such a pretty colour and it would have been an amazing colour to wear In the summer. Not that I needed another bag but couldn't walk away from it! If I remember rightly I think this was around £5.99.

I then went into Boots because my make up bag needed some serious updating and replacing. So over the weeks I have been buying quite a few new make up/beauty products.

I really really didn't need any more nail poslishes but I just loved these colours, I seem to be really loving pink nail polishes at the moment especially since spring has quickly arrived!
I then also wasn't meaning to buy anything for my brows but I was taking a look at the 'Benefit' section which honestly I have never really tried before. And then got talking to one of the girls who worked on the Benefit counter and she was really helpful talking about this 'Benefit' eyebrow product and she basically just really recommended it to me so I thought why not give it a go? It was a little pricier to make up Items that I usually buy but I wanted to test it out myself, my sister had also been going on about this particular Item.

'Collection' is one of my favourite brands, If not my favourite. I cannot express how much I love their concealers and eye liners. I definitely needed some new eye shadow's and just thought these were some really pretty colours and perfect for spring with the light pinks and purples!

Saving Money

I've personally always been pretty good at saving money. I don't tend to spend much unless I have to or If I'm treating myself every now and then. A:though I know for a lot of people saving money can be a struglle especially around my age. So I wanted to share a couple of tips for you to save your money.

Future purchases
What I mean by this is think of something that you despertaly want to buy in the future. It's always helpful to have something in particular that you deseperatly would love to buy or do, re search how much it's going to cost you and then aim to start saving for that. For me it's travelling, I've been saving up for years and this year I've aimed to have a certain amount and then next year would love to do a lot more travelling with the money I've saved. Maybe you want to travel to? Or you'd like a car, a house?

Cut down wasting your money
Okay so I'm not saying that you need to stop going out partying completely or going out every night but think about how much that is actually costing you. You'll save a lot of money by staying in with your friends rather than going out, have a party at your own home or have a couple of friends over, you'll definitely save money because you won't be spending it on transport, drinks, or any other activities that you do.
Try not to spend money for the sake of it If there's a top you've seen you liked do you really need another top or whatever it is that the Item you've seen?

Money box
Of course you have a bank but another thing I always do is that If I have any lose change with me I often put most of it in a money box which is kept in my bed room. It's great because it's then less tempting to spend it when I'm out and then it all starts to add up when I keep putting the change in.

So there's a few tips for you, I know sometimes saving money can be a bit of a struggle but hope this helps a little!

Blogging Tips

Hey all!
I've recently noticed that this is my 100th post! Blogging has become something I love doing in my spare time and it's definitely something I would like to do more of. I'm no expert with this blogging world just yet but I thought as this was my 100th post I would share some useful blogging tips for anyone who is wanting to start a blog or if you are wondering just how to get your blog out there a bit more.

For me and I think this is the same situation as a lot of other people one of the hardest things is getting your blog 'out there'. The blogging community has grown massively which is great! But also makes it a little harder to get your blog noticed. One thing you should keep in mind is that your blog isn't going to get a lot of views or comments over night, it takes time, patience and dedication but if you keep with it then slowly you'll start to see it all pay off.

Post Ideas
Believe it or not sometimes one of the hardest things about blogging is coming up with things to post about. Of course a lot of the time they'll be lots of ideas that come straight to you but other times you'll be wanting to post but nothing is coming into mind and your just staring at blank page wondering what to write.

So it's always good to jot some ideas down before hand on what you would like to post about, you'll also be able to find lots of 'writers block' posts that actually give you some topics to write about if your completely stuck.

Quality & creative pictures
Try and make sure that your pictures are the best quality they can be. This doesn't mean that you have to buy an expensive camera just for blogging, there's plenty of good compact cameras that have good image qualities. But using phone pictures (unless of course it's a great quality camera) probably isn't the best idea.
Pictures are what catches people's eyes and makes them want to look around some more. You don't have to be a professional photographer or even good at photography, just be as creative and as fun as you can with your pictures.
Taking pictures for my blog is one of my favourite things about blogging, I love getting creative with backgrounds and effects.

Get yourself out there
Like I mentioned before the blogging community is big! Spend some time searching around blogs. One of the main things that help you get more noticed is by commenting on other people's blogs but you have to be careful not to be that person who 'spams'! It's so much better finding a blog that your interested in or a post that you really liked and comment something related to that post, then it's always good to leave a link to your blog after that comment. That's one way I find a lot of people's blogs is by looking in the comment section and taking a look at different blogs.

Be unique
They'll be lots of reviews on the same product so try and review something that not many people are reviewing in that moment time. Try and make your posts different from the rest and make them stand out so that people will want to read them. If you want to review the same thing that every body is raving about at that moment maybe wait till that's died down and then sneak one back in so that everybody is reminded how good or bad that product is.

Be honest and real
People go to your blog to find out more about YOU and YOUR opinions. Be truthful. If your doing reviews or if you write about other things don't pretended to be interested in a topic just so you think it may get more views. Write about what you want, write about something your truly passionate about.

Have fun with it!
Lastly you chose to blog because you think it'll be something you'll enjoy doing, make sure that you do it because you love doing it and it's something that you feel passionate about. If it starts to become something you dread dojng or something you don't enjoy doing any more maybe take a little break then come back to it and see what happens from there.

Templates keep it simple
For me personally I like templates being simple, I'm not too keen on ones that are too 'in your face' less is more. Choose colours that represent you and your personality and Make sure that your text is easy to read.
I advise you to first start of with a free template, blogger itself offers a great variety of different layouts and templates. Then if you feel like blogging will be worth it and once your used to everything there's lots of sites where you can buy and download some really pretty templates.

And that's that! As I say I'm not a blogger expert but I feel like these are the main things that I have learnt in the blogging world so far and wanted to pass these tips on to any one who needs them.

Have fun blogging!

Favourite photo editing apps

As someone who loves to upload and edit a lot of pictures I always love finding different photo apps. Some of which I use more than others but they'll be times when I have used them all.

Photo collage
This one is great for blogging collages or just general photos, lots of different and unique types of frames to choose from. It also has some really pretty fonts for if you like using text on your photos.

Repix
This is one I have recently discovered and have been using a lot lately. It's great for adding a girly touch to your photos, you can add sparkles, glitter and different patterned effects onto your picture.

BokehCamFx

This is one I've had for a long time and one I still use. You can add cute bokeh effects with different shapes and sizes and you can control how bright you what the bokeh to be on your photo.

Pic candy

Lots of cute doodles and stickers if you like using those sort of thing on your photos.

Rookie

This is my favourite app for the variety of effects it has for your photos. This is one of the first apps I discovered and have always loved it.

Aviary

This is one I use a lot! It's great for controlling the lighting and coloured effects on your photo. You can also blur out, sharpen, crop and so on..,

Favourite Disney/Pixar movies

I've previously written a post on my favourite all time movies but one thing you may not know about me is that I absolutely love Pixar and Disney movies. So I thought I would share with you some of my top favourite Disney/Pixar movies.

Tangled
I love the comedy in this movie, and the scene where Repunzle and Flynn are in the boat with all the lanterns is just such a beautiful scene!

Frozen
This has turned out to be one of my all time favourite films I just adore it. I love the message it sends out to girls that you don't need a man to survive.

The princess diaries
This has always been a favourite movie of mine I absolutely love the 1st and the 2nd. I think the cast is perfect! I mean who doesn't love a movie with Anne hatherway, Julie Andrews & Chris pine in it?

Enchanted
I love the whole cartoon and real life all in one movie thing, it's pretty genius!

Despicable Me
I remember seeing this for the first time and laughing all the way through. "LIGHT BULB! IT'S SO FLUFFY IM GONNA DIE!"

Up
It's just such a beautifully made, cute film and never fails to make me cry!

Ice age
Sid is one of my all time favourite characters in a movie I think he's hilarious! And I just love the film!

Mary Poppins
It's just one of those classic movies isn't it? The songs always get stuck in my head but I love it!

Ice princess
This is one of those films that would be great for a girlie sleepover!

There's so many films that I love and it's actually really hard to narrow them down!
What are your favorites?

Motivational Monday.

It's the beginning of the week which means a chance for a new start, a new page last week is in the past. This is one of my favourite quotes, although I'm not sure if you'd quite call it a quote but I absolutely love the message of this. Lately If I'm honest I haven't been feeling the best, I've been feeling pretty down about a lot of things. One thing I have been doing a lot lately is just generally putting myself down, I can't help but critisise every thing I do which is so unhealthy because it leaves you feeling not so great about yourself. I've been comparing my life to every one else's and wishing that I was doing something that another person was doing I think honestly I've been feeling a lot of jealousy recently too. That may sound a bit strange but I think we all get jealous of how some people live and wishing that we were doing what they were doing or wishing that we could look like or be like that other person.
One thing I need to start doing is accepting my flaws and to know that I can never be any body else but myself, I just have to make the best version of me that I can be. I need to start loving myself and not being so worried what every one thinks all the time.
I think this message is important because I know there's a lot of people out there who feel like this. It's natural that we compare ourselves to others but we need to believe in ourselves and be proud of ourselves and what we do. If we're not proud of what we do we need to do something about that so we can become proud. And this message is basically saying that life is too short not to do all these things, life is too short to hold grudges against people or against yourselves. Life is too short to not trust yourself or believe yourselves. We've got to value ourselves and know that every one is beautiful, every one is unique and every one has something that makes them special.

My favourite invention...

As someone who loves taking photo's I've had my few collections of camera's in my life. I still remember the first one I had ever got and I was so happy with it. I actually have just tried to find a picture of it because I know there is one of me posing with it with my family but sadly couldn't find it, If I ever do though I'll be sure to add it in this little post. :)
But thought I would share with you the top three camera's that I use for day to day life.

This Is the Canon EOS 700D which is one I use the most. I use it a lot for this blog and also just photo's in general. I'm still trying to figure out a lot of it because a DSLR isn't just something you can quickly figure out over night but starting to slowly get the hang of things and this is actually a lot more simpler than a lot of other DLSR's so if your a beginner with these big camera's like myself I do recommend this one for you, of course there are other's too.

Yep, I'm a polaroid lover. Polariods are defintely my favourite types of camera's, I just think they're so fun to play with especially when your hanging out with your friends. I love how you can write on the photo's and they're great for sticking in scrap books and things!

This Sony compact super zoom camera is actually something that just arrived today in the post. Although I do already have a decent compact camera It's pretty old now and I did a bit of research on this one and as I tested it the quality just seemed a lot better. This will also be really useful for when I go to events that won't let me take my DLSR with me, the zoom is amazing on this camera and I know that I will be using it a lot!

I've been doing Photography as a hobby ever since I can remember really, It's something I've always been really passionate about and It's something that excites me, I love how we can capture moments in our lives that we can keep forever in a picture.
I do also have a few more camera's but thought I would just show you the main ones that I get the most use out of.

Say cheese! ;)

Travelling favourites Part One

Following up from my last post which was a post about places that I'd love to visit to I thought I should also share with you my two most favourite places that I've visited. I've been so lucky to travel to quite a few different places and some of those I have fallen in love with. Travelling is my favourite thing to do and It's something that I would love to do a lot more of.

Greece/Santorini

Last summer I travelled to the beautiful Island 'Santorini' after having watched one of my favourite films 'The sisterhood of the travelling pants' It became a place that one day I would have to visit. The whole island is filled with beautifully unique houses painted with different colours and each house you approach has it's own original gate. It's defintely one of the most romantic of places I have been to so if your looking for a place to go to with your other half then this is somewhere I would defitnely recommend.  But it is also a great place to go to with your friends and family. I can't fault this Island, every where you turn people are taking pictures, brides are there in their gorgeous wedding dresses husbands are there in their handsome suits posing for wedding photo's. I cannot tell you how many brides and grooms we saw each day! I just can't express how much I loved staying here even though we were there for three days It was such a relaxing and beautiful place to be.

One of the main tourist attractions was the sunset, people would queue for absolutely ages just to get a good view of the sunset, it felt like queing for a show I had never seen anything like it.

This queue went on and on until we finally got to a place where we could see the sun set. If you ever go they say the best place is to go to the castle and see it.

If you would like to hear more about Santorini I did make a post on it a little while ago feel free to take a read. https://itsbryonysblog.blogspot.com/b/post-preview?token=L1zd4UsBAAA.sW1VUwHg4VsPeLyxUNq37g.s7ep0Ibtjb8q2X2bvW40gA&postId=778804799011000814&type=POST

Iceland

Iceland is one of the cutest little places I have ever visited which is funny because I am no good with cold weather, I hate it. But as long as you dress up decently warm and in cosey clothing then you should be absolutely fine. We stayed in a well known place called Reykjavik. There's so many great places you can visit while in Iceland It's a great place for if you love exploring and hiking and just adventuirng round the country side. We went to see the Northern Lights which me and my mum have always wanted to do. So one night we went on a trip, we left at about 9pm and waited for our tour guide to pick us up he drove us around the town a little bit until it was time to find a place where we could see the lights. Usually the best time to see them is between 10pm to midnight. I think we waited around for about an hour and half in the cold but let me tell you this it was to me absolutely worth it. Although we didn't see a lot of the Northern lights we saw enough and It was one of the most amazing things I have ever witnessed. It just reminded me how incredible this planet earth is. We did take some pictures but we didn't have the best camera and so the quality of the pictures arnen't good at all but I wanted to add them in this post to show you because It's one of those things that I will always remember.

It's a real shame that I didn't own my DLSR camera back then I think this was 2013. But even by this blury picture I think you can have some idea on how amazing it is to witness something like this. I also witnessed seeing my first shooting star because we spent many hours looking up at the sky.

We also saw some colours of Red and Yellow in the sky but unfortunately didn't have the camera out at that point.
